Terms and conditions governing the use of SuvarnaSathi Matrimony platform. Read our guidelines, eligibility, user code of conduct, and privacy terms.

Welcome to SuvarnaSathi. By accessing or using our platform, website, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before creating an account or submitting profile information.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To register and create a matrimonial profile on SuvarnaSathi:

You must be of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (18 years for females, 21 years for males).
You must be legally single, divorced, widowed, or separated, and eligible to enter into a lawful marriage.
You must provide accurate, truthful, and non-misleading information regarding yourself or the candidate on whose behalf you are registering.

2. Member Account & Responsibility

Accuracy of Profile: Users (or parents/guardians creating a profile on behalf of a candidate) are solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the details, contact numbers, family background, and photos provided.
Account Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
Authenticity Guarantee: Profiles found to contain false information, impersonation, or fraudulent details will be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

When using SuvarnaSathi, you explicitly agree NOT to:

Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, obscene, or defamatory photos and statements.
Solicit money, commercial transactions, or financial aid from other members.
Harass, stalk, abuse, or send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to any member.
Misuse shared contact information or parent phone numbers for non-matrimonial purposes.

4. Verification & Content Moderation

Moderation: SuvarnaSathi reserves the right to review profiles, photos, and submitted details to ensure compliance with community standards and automated safety guidelines.
Right to Reject: Photos or profile details that fail content screening (such as non-profile pictures or inappropriate images) may be rejected or set to pending review status.

5. Limitation of Liability

Matchmaking Facilitator: SuvarnaSathi serves as a platform to facilitate introductions within the community. We do not guarantee marriage matches or warrant the complete truthfulness of details provided by individual users.
Independent Verification: Members and their families are strongly encouraged to independently verify all background, personal, financial, and family details of prospective matches before entering into any matrimonial alliance.

6. Profile Termination

You may delete your profile at any time through your dashboard once you have found a match or no longer wish to use the service. SuvarnaSathi reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user found violating these Terms and Conditions.
